Dave Domina unveils agenda in U.S. Senate race
“I don’t care about what others think, but I’m interested in facts,” said Domina.
Born and raised in Nebraska, Domina wants to represent the Cornhusker state in the U.S. Senate.
“I think the way I can make a difference is by not being partisan, by focusing on things issue by issue,” said Domina.
Minimum wage is an issue Domina feels strongly about.
“I favor increasing the minimum wage to $10.10. I’m OK with the state petition, but it’s not high enough at $9,” said Domina.
Domina said one way to create more jobs is to focus on renewable energy resources.
“I think we’re foolish to continue to subsidize the fossil fuel industry with tax revenues I think we should redirect that investment in renewables,” said Domina.
Domina said when it comes to the hard working middle class, tax loopholes put unfair pressure on families.
“The biggest structural problem may be the way we fail to raise our revenue with a bloated tax code. We can’t talk about that anymore. Somebody’s got to sit down and actually write a new one,” said Domina.
Domina said he’s the candidate that will go to Washington, set goals and achieve them, while representing the interests of Nebraskans.
“I’ve already made it very clear that I will be my own person in the interests of Nebraska and not some political party,” said Domina.
